A wonderful alternative to avoid the acidic aftertaste of some roses. Although light and ethereal, somewhat "transparent", it still holds well for red meats, and it's lovely with spicy chicken dishes, rice, and on its own. I've added a couple of ice cubes while sitting down to watch tv before dinner and realized it's very good on its own. It's got this interesting combination of flavors that's sufficiently distracting but not overwhelming, leaving a similar aftertaste to that of the White Faux. All the floral and fruity notes are well-balanced in a similar way to how high-perfumery techniques are used to build niche or traditional bouquets. In this regard, I consider this a very elegant rendition.
