Faux Wine Melange Blanc

Doesn't necessarily taste like wine, but neither do the alcohol removed wines and this one tastes good!

All the salient notes of a Sauvignon Blanc without the acidic reflux of alcohol. Best enjoyed super chilled; it goes well with fish and salads. The fruity aspects are well-balanced with the terroir nuances you'd expect, leaving a dry/ mineral/ somewhat salty finish that still feels hydrated on the palate.

The white is the most aromatic and herbaceous of the 3. You definitely get fresh kiwi and stewed apricot on the palate and loads of elderflower and chamomile. It has a touch of sweetness but finishes dry. I would not over chill this one or it mutes the flavor. It got more complex and balanced as it warmed in the glass.

Such a great way to enjoy wine with dinner without the after effects that disrupt my sleep! Paired perfectly with our spicy chicken and would complement a lot of weeknight dinners.

This is the PERFECT wine alternative!! It's bright, refreshing, and deliciously paired with chicken, fish, or pork. I'm legitimately obsessed! I finished the first 3 bottles so fast that I was very eager for my next shipment!!
